Paul's storyMy Name is Paul, Of Veilstone City
a purple haired trainer, very wity
My favourite phrase is pathetic
and intially I wasn't sympathetic
However this is my story of how I met
A young man who changed me, I'll never forget
His second name was ketchum, his first Ash
Stopped me treating pokemon like trash
So below is the tale of my rivalry with he
Now where to begin- Pathetic- let me see
Reggie, my brother, awesome trainer of Pokemon
I knew down in my heart he was the only one
The only trainer that I'd have great respect for
He is kind and compassionate down to the core
However This turned out to be his main weakness...
He lost to Brandon which filled me with sadness..
From that day forth..I Paul, of Veilstone city
Would be extremely strict and have no time for pity
So My Pokemon under went very difficult training
They trained when it was snowing and when it was raining
If I found a pokemon to be far too weak
I'd release them and another I'd seek

.:Chimchar Poem:.I was hurt, I was wounded
From what you had done
Abused me, and used me
Even at times that we won
I could never be what you wanted me
Craved the strength of fire out of the three
You made me suffer; you robbed me of glee
But now my time has come.
But how could I show you
When wounded I was?
My tears were all lost
And all just because
You wanted me strong, and I paid the cost
Of a Trainer himself who never knew love
And treated me thus, but freed my paws
Released me when I failed him thrice.
But there was another
Who took me under his wing
Helped me learn what is love, and life!
But I was still broken, still felt the sting
I knew not of faith, my emotions rife
But with his enthusiastic smile, I soon learned how to win
Evolved I did, and held high my chin
And all because he had the strength to say,
“Just trust me, okay?”
Pokemon: Paul's Story. Confessions to an Infernape(Note:If you want to see Paul break down crying and find out why he's so mean at the same time, you probably want to read this.)
It was around midday at the Professor Oak Laboratory. The sun smiled lazily at the inhabitants of the building through the glass, which was painted colourfully with the hand and paw prints of starting Trainers and their Pokémon. Inside stood two lithe Infernape along with Professor Oak, a renowned Pokémon expert. A little Chimchar climbed nimbly up the male Infernape's shoulders and all around the tough Fire-type. Infernape smiled as it jumped down and into the Professor's arms. Then a familiar cold voice rang in its ears.
"Professor Oak. I'm back." Acting purely upon instinct and reflex, Infernape sprang and Mach Punched the intruder. The tall, purple-haired boy stuck his arm out in a matter of seconds to intercept it. The powerful punching attack came to a halt in the Trainer's palm. They broke away, Infernape wondering ast
Pokemon: Paul Years Later The blue-haired girl who walked into the tidy, book-filled room looked too small for traveling, but she was a Trainer, no doubt. An Azumarill followed closely at her heels.
"Um Sir? I'd like to challenge you." The tall, purple-haired man looked up from his studies. He had cold, purple eyes and was wearing a blue vest. There was a small Chimchar resting on his shoulder. When he spoke the girl winced; for his voice was cold as well.
"Taking the Elite Challenge, aren't you?"
"Yes, Sir." The man smiled kindly and stood up.
"Well Katie, as Sinnoh League Champion, I accept your challenge."
. . .
"This will be a two-on-two Battle between Champion Paul and the challenger, Katie. Each side may
